by both technological advancements and obsolescence. but the focus
is to putting new ideas into practice and making them work
successfully.
GIHM, Dehradun offers BHMCT
programs. Innovation-driven interaction with industry is promoted.
This Institute aims to train future Hospitality Entreprenure
Managers managers capable of generating new ideas with holistic
perspective, overcoming problems of failure, and collectively
moving towards organizational goals on an evolutionary path
ensuring sustainable wealth creation. |

holistic approach is essential. Collaborative understanding between
innovators and managers is also important. Collaborative development
models would prevail. The new order of knowledge based society will
base on the principle of 3R's : "Rise, Raise and Race" i.e. Rise
higher & higher, Raise the neighbors, Race to the limits of
imaginations. |
